These are members who are studying to become customer service professionals or in the Institutes Customer Experience Incubator Program. Students of institutions of higher learning are encouraged to register as members. Full Membership

Full members are either persons who have undertaken the customer service certification programs of CX Touchpoints or are currently performing a customer Service Job. Membership is open to all Customer Service Professionals from all companies in Africa.
