About the 2018 Cameroon CX Summit
The 2018 Cameroon Customer Experience Summit brought together executives responsible for customer experience in top companies in Cameroon, who met with customer experience professionals and frontline staff from different industries to get inspired, share best practices, share customer experience trends, skills, network and inspire the next generation of customer experience professionals for Cameroon. This one-day event took place at Place St. David Douala on the 12th of May 2018 and was attended by over 150 delegates.
The theme of the event was ‘Redefining Customer Experience in Cameroon’. The Agenda focus areas included: Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Data and Analytics, Customer Experience Design and Journey Mapping, Customer experience Channels and Customer Experience Feedback Systems.
During the event, delegates had the opportunity to listen to groundbreaking presentations from leading CX executives and had the opportunity to interact with these speakers and ask questions that deepened their understanding of the issues discussed. Delegates also had the opportunity to network among themselves during the networking coffee break and launch.
In the last Panel on looking into the crystal ball: the future of CX in Cameroon. Speakers identified CX trends to look out for in 2019 and the need for CX professionals to get ready to embrace technology in CX transformation efforts. Participants left the 2018 summit more committed to the need to be better professionals and engage in continuous learning and acquisition of CX Competencies.
The 2018 Cameroon Customer Experience Summit speakers included some of the most innovative minds in CX and technology from across industries. Speakers came from the leading companies and came with rich experience from managing the customer experience journey of their companies.
